u need to wash charging connector
remove it if shorted (if set dosnt on after wash)

if same rehot the pcb

if same flash it in other device

if same use erease file in mcu no ppm and cnt and flash
then flash with v6.00 write pm
then unlock

bro 1st check & clean charging connector . check bsi way resistor.clean pcb with good cleaner. rehot with using good quality flux.then full erase and full flash. u r handset is not getting local mode after flashing.post result.
