flash file & flasher in it .. 1st file A3_UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.7003.rar 1.3MB is flasher(UPGRADEDOWNLOAD TOOL) ..2nd file KARBONN_A3_Software_V03_20130124_2102.rar 87MB is yur flash file download both the file nd extract it.Den goto UPGRADEDOWNLOAD_R2.9.7003 folder/Bin Run the UpgradeDownload tool there press 1st icon (load packet) it vil ask the flash file path. show the path where flash file folder to select it . Dnt make multiple post check the lik correctly every thing is there .

put yur mobile into fastboot mode by pressing volume down +onoff button 10-20sec nd flash it
