i tried using the too but it has no automatic detection.whenever i try say usb debbuging not enabled.any solution?

Check ADB server running or not......

If adb server is running all process will be ok......

it is running what could be wrong .must the phone be switched on?

If you found problem of ADB Server not running .. that means your adb drivers are not correctly installed on your system ... by the way check again after log off or restarting your system ..

1 Turn the phone off.
2 Press and hold the Volume Down key + Power/Lock key on the side of the phone.
3 Release the Power/Lock key when the LG logo is displayed, then immediately press and hold the Power/Lock key again.
4 Release all keys when the Factory data reset screen is displayed.
5 Press the Volume key up or down, highlight Yes and press the Power/Lock key to continue. To cancel
select No (Exit) and press Power/Lock key.
