Power off your mobile at the very first step.
Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button, until you see menu with 2 options.
From this menu choose option "Recovery mode" using Volume Up key.
In Recovery mode choose option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll options, and Square Button(Menu key) to confirm.
* This key is situated at Bottom Left of your phone.
Now confirm option "Yes -- delete all user data".
After that select "reboot system now".
