Tutorial on how to solve Galaxy S3 stuck at Boot issues:

If you do not have Samsung’s KIES installed, download and install it. Correct USB drivers must be installed, so that programs can communicate with the device. Reboot computer after KIES installation.

( After download, please unzip this file. and you will get (CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar)

Step 1: Turn your phones into download mode by pressing and holding VolumeDown + Home + Power simultaneously.

Step 2: Start ODIN on PC.

Step 3: Connect the device to your computer using USB.

Step 4: Wait a few seconds, the ODIN screen will show that a device is now connected. If ODIN not detect your device, mean you still not install the s3 driver/ Samsung kies properly or still not enable the Download Mode.

Step 6: Click the PDA button, then select CF-Root-SGS3-v6.0.tar (Note: this is .tar file and not is .zip file!)

Step 7: Press Odin “Start” button. ODIN will start flash the firmware.

Step 8: The device should reboot into CWM Recovery after flash complete.

Now continue to step below:

2. Wipe data, cache partition and Dalvik Cache.

Step 1: Now your Galaxy s3 boot into CWM Recovery .

Step 2: Select wipe data/factory reset and then choose yes. (Press volume button for selection and power button to enter)

Step 3: Select wipe cache partition and the choose yes. (Press volume button for selection and power button to enter)

Step 4: Go to advanced and do Wipe Dalvik Cache and the choose yes. (Press volume button for selection and power button to enter).

Step 6: Now you need power off your S3, so unplug the battery and then plug in again the battery.

It is required to us:
1). SP Flash Tool program. SP_Flash_Tool_v3.1224.01.
2). MT6575 USB VCOM drivers.
3). A factory insertion for your smartphone.
4). CheckSum_Generate program.
5). (unessentially) Modified recovery.img for your smartphone.
Download already ready Modified Recovery with all necessary files:

Instruction:
0). We unpack archives SP Flash Tool, MT6575 USB VCOM, CheckSum_Generate and archive with an insertion. We copy the CheckSum_Generate program in the folder with an insertion and we start it (in the folder the file of checksums Checksum.ini will be generated). If you have modified recovery, the recovery.img file in the folder with an insertion is replaced with your modified.
1). We switch off the smartphone. The cable isn't connected to the computer.
2). We take out and insert back the battery.
3). (pass, if drivers are already established) we Connect phone to the computer a cable. The operating system will find the new device — specify to system the folder with the MT6575 USB VCOM driver (for the version of OS).
4). (pass, if drivers are already established) we Disconnect a cable from the computer.
5). We start the SP Flash Tool program.
6). We press the Scatter-loading button and we choose the file MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt or MT6577_Android_scatter_emmc.txt (it lies in the folder with an insertion).

7). We press the Download button.
8). We connect phone to the computer a cable. The program should see and begin it an insertion. If phone isn't found, disconnect it from computers, pull out and insert the battery and anew connect to the computer.
9). After the termination of an insertion we disconnect phone.

It is possible to establish modified recovery together with installation of an insertion of phone.

But, if the insertion at you is already established, the system is already adjusted under you, and anew to stitch an insertion it would not be desirable, it is possible to establish modified recovery, without mentioning system and other parts of the device.

For this purpose use "The guide to an insertion by means of SP Flash Tool for all MT6575/77 of devices". Only before an insertion (Download button pressing) remove ticks opposite to all points, except RECOVERY. The prevention of the SP Flash Tool program we answer Yes.

1st put your mobile into download mode nd flash it using odin.while selecting the flash file include the boot loader file too.
2nd after complete yur mob doesn't boot again put into download mode flash d ClockworkMod Touch Recovery 6.0.3.1 file using odin(impotent select d file into PDA field)
3rd put yur mobile into recovery mode using volume up+home+power button there
Select wipe data/factory reset and then choose yes
Select wipe cache partition and the choose yes.
Go to advanced and do Wipe Dalvik Cache and the choose yes

Reboot yur mobile

I am going to try. it is mine last hope.

My s3 is overheating and resstart then. when I put them on ice coold surface, work normal. will this metod solve my problem? I will try and let you know.
