    Xperia go ST27i ST27a reset via MENU

    Your device freezes or has fatal errors sony ericsson st27
    Be patient while resetting your phone. Restarting the phone during a reset procedure may

    To force the phone to restart

    1 Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key for five seconds.
    2 After your phone vibrates once, release the keys. The phone restarts automatically.

    To force the phone to shut down
    1 Press and hold down both the volume up key and the power key for 10 seconds.
    2 After your phone vibrates three times, release the keys. The phone turns off automatically.
    Resetting the phone
    You can reset your phone to its original settings, with or without deleting all of your
    personal data. It is possible to reset the phone to the state it was in before you first
    turned it on. But before you perform a reset, make sure to back up any important
    data saved on your phone.
    To reset the st27a phone
    To avoid permanent phone damage, do not restart the phone while a reset procedure is
    underway.
    If this does not solve the problem, perform a factory data reset. In Idle mode, open the application list and select Settings → Privacy → Factory data reset → Reset phone → Erase everything.

    Set an unlock pattern
    Once you set a screen lock, your device will require an unlock code each time you turn it on or unlock the touch screen
    Settings → Location and security → Set screen lock → Pattern

    If you forget your PIN or password, bring your device to a Service Centre to reset it.

    Settings → Location and security → Set screen lock → PIN

    Settings → Location and security → Set screen lock → Password.
    firmware update with PC companion software

    Download PC companion and install
    Install PC companion on your PC computer. Follow instruction. For firmware update you need a micro USB cable. When the pc recognizing your XPERIA go st27i it will install the necessary driver files.
    After your XPERIA go connected press Start / in Support Zone

    You can also use Sony update service tool

    PC Suite is out of date use PC companion software instead
