No signal after iphone 4 activation unlock

I have iphone 4 had a Icloud activation lock I unlocked it now no network signal the phone is factory unlocked can someone help ?

how did yu remove the icloud passwrd . if yu remove the icloud vit the original acc id network vil cme . if yu bypass or used 3rd party tool for remove the icloud acc yu vil not get the network. yu can oly use ur mobile as ipod until yu activate vit original icloud account.
