Iphone 4 Verizon(CDMA) Front camera working but Back camera frozen-Hardware Repair

Does anyone know how to solder or use a circuit pen to repair back frozen camera on verizon iPhone 4. Where can I look for broken contacts. I really need to get the phone fixed. Thanks

Reset all settings, Doesn't work
Restore, Doesn't work
wiped out phone, Doesn't work
Swapped out with new camera doesn't work
The only way i can get the front camera to work is to face time, the back camera freezes every time the camera app is opened and it doesn't work in instagram either. Please help, Thanks.

After having my screen replaced my front camera doesn't work. Whenever i try to use it the shutter freezes & it's use a blank screen on FaceTime.

Add me to the list of ones who has front camera problems after a screen replacement. Saw an ATT (GSM) iphone 4 jumper picture earlier, but am curious if the CDMA may also have a jumper that may have come off during repair.
