I phone 4 Mic solution required

I have I phone4G mic some time work and some time not work if someone have any solution for that one so send me ........? I have change the 2'3 mic flex but fault still same.

This is the audio compiler chip which is likely the source of this problem. Most chips used on modern logic boards are called BGA (Ball Grid Array) chip. If it’s not mounted properly or if there’s problem with the solder, it will cause conductivity issues.

OR

pressure on this chip to improve the conductivity between the chip and the logic board. Try to find a masking tape or similar material and place it on top of the chip. Try not to make it too thick or too thin.
