For an easy way to remove all of the applications from your iOS 7 App Switcher, check out a new free jailbreak tweak called Clear Background Apps by iOS developer JoyL.

As shown above, Clear Background Apps adds a new button to the iOS 7 App Switcher interface. When you tap on the button, all of the application in your App Switcher will be removed from the App Switcher, whether they're running in the background or just suspended in the system's memory. When you do this, you will be returned to the Home Screen.
