v3i keyboard problem

I Have V3i In Which Only On/off Switch Is Working. After The Set Goes On No Key Is Working.
I Have Tried Changing The Belt( Two Belt If One Is Not Working ) But Still There Is Same Problem. If Any One Have Sollution Pl Give Me Soon.
Its Urgent.....
