need help: z520 cam problem

look guys, i need your help in my z520 camera problem.
when you press cam in the menu, it display only black and in a second it goes back to the menu.

history: no display due to broken flex
action taken: replace the flex.
NOTE:
i replace the flex 3 times already and also tried 1 camera but same problem occur.
