follow this step

1-reheat flash ic and re flash..if not ok
2-reball flash ic and re flash....if not ok
3-change flash ic and re flash...if phone can ON
4-try patch IMEI
5-change UEM or read ASK and sent to reseller to buy log file for write RPL
