ufs-5 missing n73

hi frends
very strange problem with my ufs-5.
I install ufs-5 suit then install n73 fireware. Then check under bb5 not shown rm-133 n73 but other device show n90, n80 etc.
Please help me.

bro...uninstall ufs-5 then reinstall again...post result

bro. I uninstall & reinstall many times. Driver also reinstall. Ufs suit v6.2 also try but till not show n73.
Please help me.
