Fellow members..kindly tell me if this is a software or hardware problem.

I have Nokia 3250, (IMEI- 353252019597996, V 04.14)when insert sim it shows offline and when trying to activate general profile it bounces back to "offline"..

change the sim card IC or make this jumper

check in last retu(power ic) some time if bad its make offline mode problem

my 3250 sim jumper & new retu has been changed, still the same problem offline mode when turn on set Anybody can advice

actually mobile phone is water damage then its cant on then i go to mobile repair shope he say power ic problem
