Navigation Problem

I am using D 500 Samsung mobile. The right side navigation button is not working. What should be the problem.

I think there is no button of the navigator in this phone, even i also have same problem ,The phone isn't significantly well organized. Navigation isn't forever intuitive. i do not just like the grid home screen. Some customization is feasible however not nearly the maximum amount because the 820 and you simply get one screen to line up oft-used choices.
