    Exclamation hwk upgrade failure

    halow friends when i upgrade my hwk the system shows the error message
    (attached). i think enybody can help me. becase i am in trouble!!!!

    bro...if your internet connection ok...
    may be dongle problem...contact your reseller

    don't show your UFSx (S/N) and HWK (ID)
