9900 booting problem (keeps restarting, won't turn on)

Hi there!
I have a problem with 9900: it keeps restarting, only red ligth flashes, no booting screen.
When DM updating, shows JWM problem.
When connecting without battery, shows crossed battery, then when put in battery, shows charging battery, then trying to load - black screen and flashing keyboard for 1 second and continue to reboot again.
I've already tried to nuke,wipe, load other os like 540, but nothing helped.

This issue caused the damage area EFS ...
do erase EFS, then load os.
after hp back to normal, do write nv files
