bro first remove mmc and format and then try to do ui setting and this works for many bb5 phones try and post result

bro...
1-reflash the with latest version and full format
remove mmc and sim card then turn ON the phone with offline...if not ok

2-check battery connector (BSI)...if not ok

thats hardware problem

Title : Solution to hang & restart nokia N95
To solve this problem add two capacitor ( 3.3 pf ) on location no#1
If problem don`t solve compeletly add another two capacitor ( 3.3 pf ) on location no#2
