3010S auto switch on & KEYPAD not working

One SAMSUNG 3010S is auto on whenever the battery is inserted. from then on KEYPAD is not working. When I press any key the keypad tone can be heard though not functioning. Then if I press any key it goes restarted.

Please anybody help me out.... its urgent....

As you say that's like water damage

Clean PCB mostly charging connector & key pad area

After that.........

if yes so change keypaid strip
