yes bro --------first u change smps ic ..(1.4v reguleted .ape)
2nd ------ if bad omap ic make same problem .then rehot or change omap ic ..yes my 100% tested solution----bro if u don't have another smps ic ..remove and make jumper ...check this pic.

hi to all if not ok white screen with jumper plz change r reball the combo memory may be u r set ok this is tested by me.
