bro...first try make any incoming,outgoing calls or listen to start up nokia tone and change LCD....if same cannot boot

try flahsing and full format ....if same....thats hardware problem

1-remove HDD(Hard drive) from PCB board and try flahsing and full format...then try turn ON the phone....if same cannot boot
2-change SMPS ic
3-reball or change OMAP
