How to install opera mini

My mobile is Maximus V90 sold by siemens but basically its a china phone MTK6229
Can any one please tell me how to install opera mini or any software in this chinese set,

But I tried but it doesn't support any JAR or JAD format file and I don't know really which format it support.

send setup,movie.etc. file via BT to pc.and check there which format is in it.
