UFS-3 not working

Even after updating a newer version of HWK 2.3.03 of sarasoft, it still doesn't work on my device. Help me find the solution for this...

After clicking on the hardware tab and update the box, the following message appears;

...but when I click on 'Software Tab', none of the box is detected,,,,,why?

Now it seems to be working on my device. I'm currently downloading all the necessary files... By the way, does this work for android devices like Samsung? Cause' I've seen the related files on my screen while downloading files...??
