    Update Box Install Missing Files from Software Tab...

    I have tried that it refers me to the reseller have tried to contact the one who sold me he is no longer in that business,I have been using this box for the past two years I can even send you the Logs i have so that you help Mr One Hermitt.Thanks in advance,I am waiting for a favourable advance

    try to replace your i.c. may it works. Its works for me.....

    Follow This :

    1. Uninstall HWK Support Suite [UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_vXX.XX.XX.XX]

    2. Remove Registry Files

    3. Remove :
    a. SarasSoft from : C:\Program Files\Common Files [32 bit] / C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files [64 bit]
    b. Phoenix from : C:\Program Files\Nokia [32 bit] / C:\Program Files (x86)\Nokia [64 bit]
    c. SarasSoft from : C:\Program Files [32 bit] / C:\Program Files (x86) [64 bit]

    4. Restart System

    5. Disable Anti-Virus & Firewall

    6. Install : UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.03

    7. Visit & Follow : HWK Suite v2.3.0.2 [Install Offline]

    8. Enable Anti-Virus & Firewall

    Post Result...

    just done that thanks for your unlimited support Mr Odia now the box back to Contact Reseller But I can detect the Hwk Hid and can not update will try to load the photos as a matter of urgency

    Maybe You are Using Low Speed Net Connectivity or Your Anti-Virus and/or Firewall Blocking to Connect to Server or Server Offline...

    Disable Anti-Virus & Firewall and Try
    if Same Check with Other ISP

    Remove Old Files and Use This [New Version] :
    UFS_PANEL_v2.3.0.4
    UFSx_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.03.00.04
