IF YOU UNINSTALL THE OLDER VERSION AND TRY THE NEWER VERSION AND PROBLEM STILL PERSIST THEN TRY THIS SOLUTION FIRST CHECK IF YOUR PC CAN HANDLE THIS AND THAT YOU HAVE ENOUGH SPACE THEN INSTALL 2.7 AND AFTER THAT INSTALL THE UPDATE TO VERSION 3,THAT WORKED FOR MANY COLLEAGUES.

Use Ccleaner And Then Reinstall The Suite If U R Using Winxp
Right Click On The Exe File Go To Properties. Click On Compatiblity
And Select Winnt With Service Pack 5. Click Ok. Then C
