unable to connect death phone(V3i)

Ultima team!
I have install the driver as per instructed in your manual ( Driver installation manual) but unable to connect the phone. I have tried as per your instruction in your user manual but still it is not connected

Will you give full instruction for this said problem. is t problem with my ultima light box or any other

With a charged baterry ,pres *+#+power,the phone must be in flash mode,to upload new or good flash files.After install P2K flash driver ,you can flash it.
