Help for connecting mobile with volcano???????

I am not able to connect any mobile with volcano box that i newly brought
box is getting connected to PC but its not detecting any mobile
i don't know whether my hardware connections are wrong from box to mobile
also i don't know that installed drivers are OK or not
there are detailed procedure on net but they mainly explain software handling but no one explained about hardware connections
i want to connect basic micro-max java mobile to volcano with main cable
anyone help me please

in your box [ left side ] switch is pressed are not ?

if press it plz un press it

and then connect your box and check it

while swich is pressed on you cant open volcano and it will show an error.
If volcano software opened then you have no swich problem.
bro.....you are behaving as a child in volcano tool.
You can try a few steps below..

01. Connect volcano box to usb.

02. Open volcano software.

03. For mtk phone , select mtk tab.

04. Select proper boot of cpu model on top.

05. Connect your handset with default com port cable or with rx tx cable.you can also use usb cable to boot.

06. Then click read info, format , read flash etc.
And press and hold power key when asked.
