HOW I CAN UNDERSTAND PHONEPROBLEM OF CURRENT

EXAMPLE :

told when i test My phone by power supply . if show lower 0/04 AMPER . I MUST FLASH MY PHONE

will u plsto say ur need more clearly?
do u mean the way of testing handsets using test powersuply? or
measuring current consumption in each blocks of hansets ?
with some test powersuply there are some charts of measured currents from popular hansets or u can depend higher level sevice manual(level4 and above in nokia) fro measuring curent or data sheets of differnt ICs
