GT-S5282 no network problem

hi,
When it goes to standby mode and after unlock screen lock it shows this sign instead of signals.
and when i turn on this cell with simcard it run simcard perfect but when it goes to standby then this problem occure

and after appear this sign i cant make a call and if try to make call then shows "no network registered"
i flashed this cell
wrote efs and also wrote imei but no success.

HOW I CAN SOLVE IT ANYBODY HAVE SOLUTION.
