    Default infinix zero 2

i have an infinix zero 2 or infinix x509
i got a notification to update
the update was about 81mb, so i quickly downloaded it
i clicked upgrade and after a while it wrote installation aborted

the phone restarted and it got stuck in recovery mode

this is what appears on the screen

    ( Android system recovery <3e>
    X509-J5800-KK-20150605
    Volume up/down to move highlight;
    enter button to select

    reboot
    applyupdate
    wipe cache
    factory reset
    restore etc)

i tried all except the factory reset because i want to retrieve my files.

please can anyone help me solve this problem. thanks.

    I tried it
    The full options are
    “ reboot system now
    Apply update from ADB
    Apply update from sdcard
    Apply update from cache
    Wipe date/factory reset
    Wipe cache partition
    Backup user data
    Restore user data”

tried all except the factory reset.
the backup even doesn't work, it starts and ends error, cannot write ....

the apply update from ADB is quite technical so i dont know much on how to do that

    Try This :
    1. Backup User Data to SD Card
    2. Wipe Cache Partition
    3. Wipe Data/Factory Reset [Flash Phone if Same]
    4. Restore User Data from SD Card
