LG KG270 "sim card error"

Could any one give a hand with this problem?
I have my Lg Kg270, I was changing my Sim card and the phone asked for PIN number, I introduced the wrong one more than 3 times and my mobile is now giving the next problems.
-With Sim card in: the phone only display "sim card error" on the screen
-Without any sim: the phone only display "insert sim card " on the screen

I used the LG code 2945#*# and did a factory reset, but the problem is still on.

before this happen the phone never had any problem, and now although it has this problem, the phone only allow me to make emergency calls.

I did all testings in the engineering menu and the phone looks ok, but for some reason, doesn't recognize new SIM cards either for the same network or other network, the problem is always the same "Sim card Error"

I already try new cards, old cards.

Does any one have a good answer to my problem apart from throw it away.
