nokia 3510i battery low

please help me if some one could my nokia 3510 i says battery low even the battery is full the LCD becomes very hot & the set is being powerd off after few minutes please help me if some one could

Thanks for the quick reply some one suggests me that I should shorted the PA points isnt' that creat problem?
