N73 Dead....very Urgent

Hi..all Brother...!!!

Today I have big problem...!! I get aphone N73 from my costumer..phone normal before,the problem just MMC doesnt work..I try to Solved by reclean & reheat MMC IC but result phone be 'DEAD'..
then I bring back that phone to owner with phone condition dead ( bcoz Iam very very cunfused with thats phone problem

) but costumer would not accept & angry..!!!!!!!!!

PLEASEEEEEEE...HELP ME...!!!!!

p.s ( I'v opened PCB from housing with hard)

bro try check for short using power supply...see for high consumption~more than 50ma without on it...if ok then try using jaf or mtbox check it using self test mode...check ur IC D6500 and n4800...try reball..or maybe it spoil dew to overheat...reply post

SIR..when I chek it with power supply, 0 consumption unpressed power on & 170-200mA when pressed..phone cannot connect with jaf

now what should i do sir..?? I need your advice..pleaseeeee
