Hello.. i'm really sorry to bother u guys with this kind of problem.. i am a newbie in infinity, i've just bought an infinity box, complete with pinfinder box and 50cables. i've already install complete all it's mainware n firmware n drivers of course, infinity box do not have any problem, tested with dead c261 (by dmtool) n the result is really amazing, fone working finely.
But i really had a problem with pinfinder box. i test with CECT Q300 (12 pin), i use pinfinder cable L12B n test to automatically search the pin. but it cannot find it.
i've already done exacly as in pinfinder manual says.. and i already done this for 3 weeks.. but it return zero result.. now i'm very.. very.. stress with this thing.. can u please tell me what wrong with this.. is this cable problem or setting problem.. or human error or what..
all that i've done is
1. Select Com port
2. Detect Adapter
3. Select Cable (2x6 L12B)
4. Click Power On
5. Find It!!
6. Press Power Button until it finish checking pinout
7. No result..
