Nokia N73 RM-132 problem

I bougth N73 RM-132 V 4.0738.3.1.1
I succed to change product code from 0529836 to 0539298 for Israel.

I tring to Upgrade and change language to Hebrew but all the time
'Nokia Software Updater' say that there no upgrade for my phone.

1 how can i change language to hebrew?

2 do i need to downgrade the phone? if yes how can i do it?

3 can i change the firmware to rm-133?
