BLUE SCREEN...SOFT or HARDWARE..

Hello mates...I have 2 phone (J200 & Z310i) blue screen problem..
both can make & recieved call..but LCD blue display

For J200..I've cheked All Resister near conector are good & all ways to pin also good..then I try changed New Lcd (working fine at other Phone) but problem still same..

For Z310i..I had changed Flexble & Main LCd but prob stil same

..Is thats software or Hardware problem..??

Please..help..Wht next I do to fix it..
