help me upgrading my ufs4 box

I tried using UFS_Suite_Setup_v03.04.000 to upgrade my Ufs4 box, but it asked for " Are you sure to upgrade firmware? will loose box registration data!" then i clicked on "yes" after that it asked for a file of type *86097*.fbi what will be the exact file please help me
