2626 rebooting automatically

One 2626 was water logged.
* I have dried it, washed it, and finally saw that LCD and Keypad light not glowing.

* Keypad light IC found very hot. I put heat on that IC. The light problem is solved.

* Now the set is almost OK but after a few minutes of running it reboots automatically.

* I have flashed it with higher version (6.8) but no result.
