problem using ufs12+hwk

hii sir
i am using ufs12+hwk
but when i am connect my box to the ufs suit 3.04 the box is disconnect automatically!!!
sir pls tell me the solution this problem

CAN U PLZ UPLOAD UFS12 FIRMWARE??
