1208 full flash but not power on

i have nokia 1208 i full flash with jaff with ui setting but not power on i checked on off switch track,check bsi track show in picture but no result plz give me right solution

full flash after no on, this is given solution is not full solution first full erase and full flash then check 99% dead roblum solve i tested. if not them apply this geven jumer.............
