j120i charging problem

have a sony j120i with problem of charging
when charger connected in it then battry connector show some voltage
but does not charger,
when i give some boost voltage to handset and put charger init, then for some time it show charging but after some time battry is low and handset does not charger even i agian boost the battry,
i alrardy clean the board and also change barrty and charger, but problem remain same,
