    Unhappy 2310 local mode

    i have a problem in 2310
    first i have a problem of charging i hv remove the 2 capacitor near the conector of battery.

    now they show automaticaly charging without charger and finish with showing local mode.

    i need to solve this local mode.

    i have removed this one resister but always the same thing
