    Lightbulb HTC TOUCH ELF P3450 HARD-SPL and SIM Unlocker



    Requirements : MicroSoft Activ Sync4.5

    Compaitabilty : Windows Xp Service Pack2,Windows Vista

    How To Unlock?

    1 . Establish Connection Between Phone & pc Via Ative Sync

    2 . Transfer Cert.Cab,EnableRapi.Cab & Execute Them on phone

    3 . Transfer Elf Unlocker Exe to c/unlocker and Run it

    4 . In Shot Span U Will Attain Ur Unlock Code

    Video Tutorial

    Hard Reset is Not Required Before Proceed For Unlock Process
