Works fine with my 6230i Just do as it's written:

1)Be sure you have Griffin 2.0895 and newest FIA and _erase file rh12-full_erase.bin (rh-12 has the same memory)
    2)Select rm-72 phone in griffin
3)Write rh12-full_erase.bin as MCU and PPM to phone (for me Griffin after erasing and writing MCU ended with Error[44449100]-its OK)
4)now write to phone desired flash (MCU+PPM and if you want CP file)
!!!BE SURE YOU HAVE UNCHECKED (not checked )Full Factory Settings after flash,Write PP profile and skip Bluetooth flashing!!!!This is crucial thing!!!
5)Insert SIM and WOW its working!!If contact service appears (for me yes) simply put phone in local mode and unlock!!

    ENJOY!!!

One more thing, it may be needed to select mcu, ppm, and cp files manually cause an error message can be seen, but after that 100% work Cheers
