Contact service in 1110 is 99% a software complaint
u can remove two registers above the battery connector on PCb
it will be solve tested on many mobiles 1000% working solution try

for 3100 its due to fungs in the eepro chil that due to water damage...juat leave the mobile PCB in THINNER for about 2hrs then clean it..
if its ok fine else rehot ram chip
even then fails than reball the IC and implant it 100% solved

totally wrong..
1110 contact service on battary and on ufs or any cable its show local mode then its software problem
99% nokia have same..if on service cable its showing local mode or test mode and on battery its show contact service then its software...

if any one need more info post here with details about phone..condition and what u tryed untill now..
as i found really easy methode for repair contact service on 1110 1110i 1112
and tested over 100 phones.

2610 2310 not tested.

and what about the other cases :

1600 , 2310 ... if you try to power them with UFS or JAF they work normally but if you try to power on them manually they show contct service or Local mode ...
I power them With ufs or JAF I can use Them (call, surfing,receiving calls...)

try to reheat first uem, if nothing happens just try also reheat combo memory, if ever it doesn't work again,,just replace uem.
