Samsung Freezecode and network code generator

Hi!

Is there a standalone application for generating freezecodes and network codes for samsung phones? right now i have an L170 that is locked to Orange Spain. i need to first unfreexe it since its freezed, and then lock up the network lock. anyone knows?
