format ur phone using ufs or hand format

Use the code*#7370# for hard formate
and *#7780# for soft formate
If the problem is still then use ufs or jaf to solve

first try to manual format phone and check memory card. if not then flash with lateset ver. of sw. with ufs or j.a.f.

Format the phone. Dont forget to format the mmc.
