3120 display blinks

I got prob with 3120 ...when i on the phone for some minutes it display working fine then it starts blinking and become dark ....i change the new display but the prob is same ...may i know whats wrong with it ??

Try dry solder of the components above the battery connector
or try rehot or reball upp

have u check the lcd?check it first
