How to solve C115, C116, C139 bad connection:
1. Try to use ordinary COM cable plugged directly into an COM port and not into an USB-Serial adapter. If your ordinary COM cable do not have external power (is self powered from COM RTS/DTR lines), try to change initial values for RTS/DTR lines.
2. If you are using an USB-Serial adapter, check and use one based on Prolific USB-Serial converter chip
3. If you are using an USB Universal box, try to check what chip is used for USB-Serial conversion. FTDI based chips create boot connection problems with this phone models.
4. If you still are using an FTDI based cable/box, try following method:
a. Open "Device Manager"
b. Open "Ports (COM & LPT)
c. Right click on your USB Serial Port and select "Properties"
d. Select Tab "Port Settings"
e. Press to "Advanced..." button
f. Set "Latency Timer" value to 4 (ms)
If this method still not solve your problems, try to find and use an ordinary COM cable or an Prolific based USB-Serial adapter
